Communist Manifesto Cages

Emptied bone homes
taken from cradled castles
with willpowers beaten against bricks,
kicked so hard
that mornings will fight with themselves,
proudly dangled in graduation tassels,
until traded berated bereft bastions
collect senseless slogans,
a prize for a bit a sunshine
captured ajar in industrialized grime
sprung for safety in routines,
a come this way catalyst
all you seekers of spots
drawn out into dotted lines of gray shades,
I hear your muffled crimes of complacency,
silently sinking into secrecy
struggling to avoid a meaningless dusk,
again and again choosing to rise above,
oh somehow, oh somehow shape originalities,
open those internal gates.
